Job Description
This manufacturer in MI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with management experience in food. Candidate must have experience with food packaging equipment, understanding of world class maintenance methodologies, strong troubleshooting skills, maintenance techniques such as TPM, SM, and Root-Cause Analysis, and be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Job duties will include:

-Directing and supporting a team of maintenance mechanics to meet plant goals
-Continuously improving maintenance performance by initiating work requests, methods, and training
-Function as technical resource for the team
-Audit preventive maintenance work to ensure quality and work completion
-Coordinate tracking and reporting of maintenance data
-Participate in maintenance / operations meetings
